In June it is holding the first ever Summer Festival featuring nine original bands including: Suzi Quatro, The Manfreds, Barron Knights, Vanity Fare, Eddie & The Hotrods and The Rubettes featuring Alan Williams - plus tribute acts playing the music & songs of Madness, The Crickets, Tina Turner, David Essex and Neil Diamond.
Vauxhall Holiday Park is situated in Great Yarmouth, with its 15 miles of golden sandy beaches, and prides itself on catering for the needs of the modern, discerning holiday maker.
When not listening to top bands there is plenty of other things to do, new attractions for 2010 are the Adventure Climbing Wall and Laser Skirmish. There is also the fabulous Indoor Tropical Water World, darts, pool, snooker, short mat bowls, gymnasium, football, tennis, kwik cricket and electric go karts.
When you are feeling hungry the The Reedcutters Restaurant & Coffee Shop is open from 9.00am – 9.00pm seven days a week. In addition takeaway outlets offer burgers, fried chicken, kebabs, pizzas, jacket potatoes, fish & chips and fresh shellfish.
For the Summer Festival you can choose from a variety of luxury holiday homes accommodating up to eight people. New for 2010 is the ‘Falcon’, the ultimate in style and comfort for four people and designed to have a spacious and contemporary feel. It has two flat screen TVs with Freeview, large dining area, ensuite master bedroom plus a further bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Prices start at £100 per person per week, or £80 for a short break.
